Healthy Habit 3 - Walking

Sometimes it's difficult to find time to exercise everyday but with this week's challenge, it'll almost happen without you knowing it.

Park your car 10 minutes away from work (or some other destination), put on your sneakers and walk there. That will be an extra 20 minutes of exercise without even thinking about it.

You might not do it every single day but try and do it 4 times this week.
