We really hope you enjoyed Neck & Shoulder stretch from Week 1. Now you can add a roll down into your morning. An excellent spinal mobility exercise and hamstring stretch that will leave you feeling looser and more comfortable through the day. Try it first thing in the morning but take it slow especially if you generally feel quite stiff. For best results, try and implement this each day. If you do happen to miss a day, don't worry. This is about building good habits. We don't have to get it right straight up. If you are only just joining the healthy habit challenge, you can start with the week 1 neck and shoulder stretch if you like and then do the roll down next week. The healthy habit for week 3 will come out next Monday 19th March. See you then:)
