Neck & Shoulder Stretch.
Welcome to our first healthy habit in the challenge. The muscles of the neck & shoulder such as the trapezius and levator scapula get really tight from sitting at desks and it's often why we feel stiff and uncomfortable. Do your self a favour and do this stretch once a day sitting at your desk. Set an alarm on your phone and try doing it at the same time each day.
It only takes about 5 minutes and is a great self-care habit that will leave you feeling so much better than before. Check out the video here. Enjoy!
